Job Description
Stay22 is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist - Sales to help scale and harden our sales revenue engine. The role involves increasing pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and sales productivity by building rigorous operational foundations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations within a performance-driven environment
- Strong CRM expertise (Hubspot strongly preferred) with a track record of enforcing process discipline
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodology, and sales performance drivers
- Experience improving funnel governance, reporting frameworks, or workflow rigor
- Ability to translate data into structured recommendations that influence execution
- Comfortable challenging inconsistencies and reinforcing operational standards with Sales stakeholders
