Job Description
We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse and are looking for a General Counsel to own regulatory and legal strategy, defend and advance interests, and shape defensive and offensive legal strategies. Stedi is a fast-growing company with $142 million in funding and a lean business team supporting infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience between law firms and fast-paced in-house roles
- Significant in-house experience, including managing litigations and other disputes
- Deep healthcare experience is strongly preferred
- JD and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
