Associate Director- Transport Development Planning

Steer is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their London-based team in transport development planning. The successful candidate will have UK transport consultancy experience and a track record of achieving high profile planning consents. The role will involve assisting with project delivery, client and team management, and business development.

Requirements

• UK transport consultancy experience
• Major UK transport consultancy experience in development planning
• Experience in the development planning market
• Clear evidence of achieving multiple high profile planning consents
• Proven track record in transport development planning
• Business development experience
• Ability to represent clients as an expert witness and at public inquiry
• Mentoring and supervision of team members
• Ability to lead stakeholder engagement with local authorities, politicians and senior officers/officials
