Steer is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their London-based team for the Development Planning offer. The role involves assisting with project delivery, client and team management, and business development to expand the UK business. The successful candidate will have major UK transport consultancy experience in the development planning market with clear evidence of achieving multiple high profile planning consents.

Requirements

• Major UK transport consultancy experience in the development planning market
• Experience in achieving multiple high profile planning consents as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Proven network of contacts and track record in business development with the potential to provide genuine additionality
• Ability to represent clients as an expert witness and at public inquiry
• Mentoring and supervision of team members
• Consultancy based career with proven track record in transport development planning
