Requirements

• Experience in food production or a comparable production environment, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team ability and communication strength
• Willingness to work shifts and physical activity
• Good German language skills
• Technical understanding and experience in handling production equipment is an advantage
