Role Overview

Define and deliver end-to-end propulsion system architecture, spanning design, development, and implementation for next-generation powertrain technologies. Translate vehicle-level feature requirements into robust, scalable architecture solutions.

Develop and maintain operational, functional, and constructional system architecture, define system concepts, perform functional decomposition, and lead definition of propulsion control strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Controls Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in propulsion controls / systems engineering
• Strong domain knowledge in Engine / Hybrid / BEV control systems, control algorithms and system behavior, requirements engineering and system architecture
