The role is responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end propulsion system architecture, spanning design, development, and implementation for next-generation powertrain technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, solving complex technical challenges and driving integration across global teams.
Develop and maintain operational, functional, and constructional system architecture, define system concepts, use cases, and operational scenarios, perform functional decomposition and allocation to subsystems/components, and develop physical architecture artifacts.
The ideal candidate will have strong systems thinking and architecture mindset, deep propulsion controls expertise, ability to lead cross-functional global teams, and excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
