System Design Lead

Role Overview

The Technical Team Leader is responsible for managing a cross-functional team focused on the definition and development of next-generation propulsion systems.

What You Will Do

Lead cross-functional team members to support the V-development process through simulation activities, interface with engine, controls, transmission hardware, vehicle platform, powertrain synthesis, and other cross-functional teams.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, and minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the automotive area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development (preferably in the automotive area) simulating ICE (internal combustion engine) hybrid and/or electrified propulsion systems
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office products
