Job Description
Commercial Relationship Manager III is responsible for developing profitable and desirable client relationships and related business opportunities through the promotion of Stellar Bank's products, services, and overall brand. This role requires a strong understanding of credit products, credit application process, and potential outcomes, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years’ experience in banking relationship management role or related business lending experience
- General knowledge of core business products and services including deposit and Treasury Services
- Strong written, credit analysis, and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Proven track record of consistent loan and deposit production with strong sales acumen
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software
