Job Description
The Stephen Gaynor School is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated facilities team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our students and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a general maintenance capacity in a school or commercial environment.
- MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity.
- Boiler License (preferred)
- HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications (preferred)
- F60 certification required (G60 certification preferred)
- OSHA 10 Certificate (preferred)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred.
