Job Description
Stephenson’s Rental Services is a Canadian owned and operated success story in the equipment rental industry, looking for a Sales and Rental Associate to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer sales, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. The role involves providing customer service, selling products, and resolving issues, as well as managing inventory control documents and participating in daily duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
