Sales and Rental Associate

Requirements

• Provide customer service and convert to sales by transferring product knowledge to customers
• Probe for needs and match customer needs with Stephenson's rental products and solutions
• Seek sales opportunities on a consistent basis
• Drive in-store merchandising initiatives
• Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system
• Assist in fleet management to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
• Monitor disputes, monthly billing, over-due accounts, invoicing, etc.
• Work with the yard team to ensure rentals are correctly staged and that return equipment inventories are correct
• Manage branch email inbox
• Follow all procedures related to the delivery and pick-up of products for customers
