The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for after sales care, customer-facing support, and administration to ensure efficient and smooth running of services. They will interact daily with internal and external customers, investigate after sales issues, and lead generation, data cleansing and data sourcing.
Requirements
- University/college education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a sales support / customer service role preferred
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient in CRM, (Salesforce and SAP preferred)
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent business communication skills required
- Excellent collaboration skills required
- Excellent follow-up skills are essential for timely, consistent follow-up with outstanding accounts
- High level of professionalism while working with customers
- Proficiency in basic math and accounting skills

- Temperament to work in a multi-task, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a proven record of success
