Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer II at STERIS, you will design, develop, and execute electrical and/or electromechanical solutions for components and subassemblies. You will perform analyses and resolve issues using problem-solving techniques to develop new and innovative solutions for our customers. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of working onsite at our Quebec, Canada location, 3 days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years related engineering experience
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) is preferred
- Experience with use of computer aided engineering tools in design, simulation or test system automation
- Familiarity with at least one of the following industry standards: UL, CSA, NEMA, IEC, NFPA, etc...
- Previous experience designing in a regulated research and development environment
