Requirements

• Completed degree in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the HSE field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in HSE management systems and audit processes
• Leadership skills and ability to indirectly lead teams
• High problem-solving competence and decision-making strength
• Organizational talent and excellent time management
• Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and enforcement skills
• Structured and independent working method
• Very good English skills are an asset
• Willingness to regularly travel on business (approx. 40% )
• Secure appearance and presentation, as well as moderation strength
• Team spirit and customer orientation
