Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst at STERIS, you will lead the development and implementation of systems enhancements and changes, provide technical and process support, and assist with software development and testing. The role requires a strong communicator with critical thinking skills and experience with Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration with a tech/analytics focus
- Minimum of 3 years related Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other Salesforce certification preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce Field Service functionalities (scheduling, Mobile, Dispatch Console, Assets, Work Orders) preferred
- Two years of analysis-related or project management experience preferred
- Experience with Jira is helpful
