Job Description
The Senior Controls Engineer is responsible for defining the controls and systems integration strategy serving Steris' manufacturing operations. The role will assess current operational controls systems technologies, develop a strategy to support and upgrade current and new operations, and manage the long-term controls program for key operational areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Controls Engineering
- 8 years of experience in advanced engineering areas, including PLC/DCS controls interaction and/or automation of manufacturing lines, conveyance systems, machine interface, and software solutions
- 5 years project management and reporting experience
