Job Description
The Senior Manager, Mobile Solutions is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding customer accounts within an assigned territory. This role requires nationwide overnight travel up to 75% and may include 10% international travel.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage customer accounts from initial engagement through long-term partnership
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments
- Collaborate with Project Design Managers
- Lead client communications
- Achieve and maintain territory sales and revenue targets
- Forecast annual revenue
- Analyze pricing, margins, and territory performance
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Mobile SPD solutions
- Coordinate commissioning and decommissioning activities
- Represent STERIS Mobile Solutions at industry tradeshows
