Ervaren Servicedesk Engineer - Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht

Altronic is looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to provide remote support and ensure smooth IT operations for customers. The role involves resolving technical issues, setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, and collaborating with colleagues to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Curious and enthusiastic with a broad interest in IT
• Enjoy communicating with customers and think in solutions
• HBO work and thinking level (at least MBO-ICT level 4 with diploma)
• 2-4 years of experience in a comparable role
• Broad knowledge of network and system management
• Affinity with Microsoft Cloud projects
• Good communication and social skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Valid driver's license and living within 30 minutes of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht by car
