Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide IT support to internal users and external clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment
- Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security
