Projectleider

BBC Bouwmanagement is looking for a project leader who has experience with and knowledge of the Groningen earthquake dossier. The project leader will coordinate the realization of one or more construction projects independently, lead internal and external project team members, and advise clients on all aspects of the project.

Requirements

• Inspire trust in colleagues and external parties
• Work in a structured way and communicate clearly
• Think outside existing frameworks and take the lead
• Be tactful, persuasive, and able to keep things 'small' in situations where interests conflict
• Completed HBO education in Building Science
• At least five years of experience as a project leader and/or in a comparable function
• Knowledge of and experience with the Groningen earthquake dossier
• Motivation and pleasure in applying knowledge and skills in the construction industry
• A sense of working together with various parties in preparation and execution
• Communicative and proficient in organizing, coordinating, and planning
• Performance-oriented and initiative-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
