Summer Camp Assistant Director - Paramus

Steve & Kate's Camp is looking for a Summer Camp Assistant Director to help run all facets of a self-directed camp. The role involves building relationships with parents and children, training and leading a team, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering kids and has a willingness to grow in areas such as sparking conversations and having sensitive interactions with families.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 months of experience working in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting is required
• Past Management or Leadership experience is preferred
