Summer Camp Assistant Director - San Jose - Willow Glen

Steve & Kate's Camp is looking for a Summer Camp Assistant Director in San Jose, CA. The role involves helping run all facets of a self-directed camp, building relationships with parents and children, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 months of experience in a camp or education setting. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and past management experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 months of experience in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting
• Ability to stand for long periods while supervising children and facilitating activities
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
