Are you a proven leader in manufacturing ready to take the next step? Stevens Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations, looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of leading teams to success.
Requirements
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets
- Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards
- Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams
- Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate production reports and records
