The Material Coordinator ensures the right materials are available at the right time to support efficient production of laminated wood cabinetry.

Requirements

High school diploma required; associate degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling strongly preferred
Familiarity with laminated wood products, cabinetry components, or woodworking materials is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to read production schedules, BOMs, and material specifications
Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to company-defined weight limits)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
