Manager, Product Design – Client Experience

We're hiring a Manager, Product Design to lead the design strategy and execution of Stitch Fix's core experience, spanning how clients discover, request, receive, and engage with their Fixes, and how stylists deliver personalized styling at scale.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years designing consumer products, with 2–4+ years leading teams
• extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
• strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
• ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
• experience guiding teams while actively shaping work and outcomes
• strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
• experience applying AI, ML and personalization to product experiences
