Backfinish Process Engineer

Role Overview

As a Backfinish Process Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and support on specific Backfinish tool type, accountable to best-in-class process management and real time problem analysis to achieve best possible process performance.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include working independently and closely with the maintenance engineer, shift process engineer/technicians and production to establish a robust manufacturing process via real time engineering solutions, managing new process/equipment start-up and collaborating with vendor for acceptance, and developing and maintaining robust process control plan for optimal process quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Electronics or Common engineering

• Basic knowledge of Backfinish process (wafer thinning, back-etching or metallization)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office suite
