Process Engineer

Role Overview

As a Process Engineer at STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for sustaining and improving processes, including quality, yield, and customer complaint rates. You will support production to meet targets and generate process specifications, SOPs, and control plans. You will also provide technical support for critical quality concerns and transfer knowledge from NPI to production.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating and updating process specifications, providing technical support for quality concerns, and ensuring processes are running within control charts. You will also transfer knowledge from NPI to production and support production to meet targets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Experience in EOL, mold, or crop processes is an advantage, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with process control experience
• Knowledge and practical application of Design of Experiments (DOE), FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, and 8D problem solving
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
