Process Technician

Role Overview

Process Technician is responsible for monitoring, operating, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role works closely with engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to support daily operations, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements on the shop floor.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent)
• High school diploma with substantial relevant experience may be considered
• Process experience in Wafer Fab is an advantage
• Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
• Extensive knowledge of excel office suite
• English business proficiency
