Senior Tax Analyst, VAT

Help empower our global customers to connect to culture through their passions by owning and managing audit-ready VAT compliance for the EMEA region, providing critical support during VAT audits, and partnering with Tax Technology and Engineering teams to improve VAT compliance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in international indirect taxes, with a strong focus on EMEA VAT
• Strong understanding of VAT compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
• Proven ability to perform tax research independently or with minimal guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical VAT concepts for non-tax and technical stakeholders
• High level of curiosity and an ownership-driven, proactive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving e-commerce environment
