The Guest Services Supervisor assists the Guest Service Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Office staff, ensuring guests are serviced in a professional and competent manner.
Requirements
- Work with Guest Services Manager to train and monitor front office staff
- Monitor Guest Service Scores daily and take action to improve guest satisfaction
- Communicate with Engineering and Housekeeping Departments
- Have complete working knowledge of software system and assist with reservations and checking guests in and out
