The Guest Services Supervisor assists the Guest Service Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Office staff, ensuring guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. The role involves training and monitoring front office staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and communicating with other departments.
Requirements
- Work with Guest Services Manager to train and monitor front office staff
- Monitor Guest Service Scores daily and take action to improve guest satisfaction
- Communicate with Engineering Department regarding maintenance requests
- Communicate with Housekeeping Department regarding guest rooms and requests
- Have complete working knowledge of software system, including daily transactions and less frequent tasks
- Assist with reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and handling special requests
- Maintain regular attendance, be on time, and observe work, break, and meal periods
