Guest Services Supervisor

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Guest Service Manager in overseeing the front office staff and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will monitor guest service scores, train and coach staff, and communicate with other departments. The position requires a high quality of work, productivity, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Ability to read and write fluent English
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
