The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Reservations Department, ensuring team members meet established standards and goals. The role will assist with managing guest reservations, implementing hotel selling strategies, and supervising the team in their absence.
Requirements
- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department
- Assist the Reservations Manager in implementing strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue
- Train and mentor team members on reservations procedures, selling techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure goals and standards are met
- Handle guest reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
- Assist with managing group bookings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions
- Support the Reservations Manager in administrative tasks and team leadership duties
