Requirements
- Ability to direct and supervise personnel
- Knowledge of proper use for chemicals in the Stewarding department
- Basic knowledge of disassembling, cleaning and reassembling kitchen equipment
- Ability to order chemicals, safely mix chemicals and control chemical usage
