Job Description
The Front of the House Team Member is responsible for providing excellent dining experiences for guests by leading through service, maintaining standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position requiring a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to health and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant (preferred)
- Positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional communication skills (English fluency)
- Age 16+
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift 35+ pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to hear and see 20/20 with correction
- Certified Food Handler certification (current or recent)
- Clean uniform requirements
