Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with little or no supervision and be able to perform physically difficult work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a groundskeeper is preferred but not required
- General property maintenance skills preferred (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be people oriented with strong organizational and make-ready skills
