Job Description
A national multi-family management company is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to work with little supervision, and can perform physically difficult work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a groundskeeper is preferred but not required
- General property maintenance skills preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive stooping, bending, and kneeling motions
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Must be people oriented with strong organizational and make-ready skills
