Job Description
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients by optimizing medication therapy, providing disease state prevention and management, and promoting health and wellness. They contribute to the generation of new knowledge that advances health and quality of life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or PharmD Required
- 1 year Pharmacy practice experience as a licensed Pharmacist or successful completion of a Post Graduate-Year 1 accredited pharmacy practice residency
- Pharmacist - KBP Required within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support - BLS Required within 90 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - ACLS Required within 90 days of hire
