Job Description
Story Cannabis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to develop a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth. The role involves leadership, sales training, inventory controls, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred
- Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs
- Open availability with no scheduling conflicts
