Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are building the agentic workforce for insurance operations and are looking for a hungry individual with a strong desire to grow and eventually lead a sales team. As a BDR, you will sit at the front line of our go-to-market motion and be given autonomy to create your own outbound motion, build custom sequences, define new ICPs, and experiment with different outreach methods.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role at a B2B tech company, with demonstrable outbound results
• Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Strong written communication and personalization skills
• Hungry, self-motivated
