Business Development Representative (BDR), US

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our scaling team at Topsort. As a BDR, you'll be responsible for driving outbound pipeline through relentless prospecting, strategic research, and first-touch ownership. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface insights and unlock new growth motions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience
• Genuine commercial intuition and ability to adapt to different buyers and contexts
• Resilience and ability to thrive in ambiguity
