Topsort is a rapidly growing company that is changing the way Retail Media works. They are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their scaling team and help build the commercial engine behind their company.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, outbound sales, customer-facing, founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-ownership role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of analytical ability, commercial curiosity, strong communication, entrepreneurial execution, or self-directed learning
- Builder mindset: you have at least one example of something you initiated, built, organized, automated, tested, or improved without being asked
- Real interest in outbound: you are energized by the hunt, finding the right accounts, understanding what matters to them, crafting the right message, and creating opportunity from scratch
