
Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for engaging and supporting their team in all day to day payroll processing and reporting activities for their team. The manager will ensure that each payroll is processed timely and accurately using the agreed upon standards and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include utilizing the hrX suite of tools, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, managing schedule adherence and team productivity, and maintaining current knowledge of legislation requirements.
The Operations Manager is expected to display decision-making skills that support all company and payroll policies while maintaining and supporting a professional environment.
