As a member of Strata's Staff Augmentation team, you will work directly with customers in an outsourced role, performing financial system administration and financial analysis. You will provide customer service deliverables, including configuration, auditing, and reporting, while managing project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably in the healthcare space
- Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
- Direct experience with Financial Planning software applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
- Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
- Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams
- Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction
- Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with building and working with financial models
