Senior Consultant - Staff Augmentation, Planning and Performance Management

Strata's Staff Augmentation Program offers professional services to software customers to drive high-quality utilization and adoption within Strata platform solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with customers in an outsourced role, performing financial system administration and analysis. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and grit, while having the support of a well-established business behind you.

Requirements

• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space
• Experience creating and maintaining financial models and templates to drive efficiency in routine work such as data reconciliation
• Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
• Direct experience with Strata applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
• Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
• Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams
• Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction
• Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20–35%
