Executive Producer (Events)

We're looking for a Senior Events Executive Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-profile live, hybrid and virtual experiences for global brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience producing events within an agency and/or freelance environment
• Proven end-to-end production experience: budgeting, scheduling, supplier procurement/briefing, onsite delivery, reconciliation and debrief
• Strong client-facing capability: able to lead meetings, advise on feasibility, manage expectations and maintain an exceptional service mindset
