Help students stay on track, succeed, and graduate as a Student Services Advisor. This role involves tracking progress, identifying concerns, and guiding students through challenges, as well as coordinating various student-related processes and boosting the student experience.
Requirements
- Be a retention rockstar- track progress, identify concerns, and guide students through challenges
- Monitor attendance and academic standing, reaching out and offering solutions when students need support
- Coordinate SAP, LOA, withdrawals, and reinstatements with empathy and urgency
- Schedule student appeals, reinstatement meetings, and AOS interaction
- Boost the student experience through the Ambassador program and graduation events
- Step in for the Registrar when needed to post grades, update attendance, and manage status changes
