Requirements
- University degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a government or public-sector environment
- Extensive knowledge of municipal, administrative, privacy, and procurement legislation
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor in complex, high-risk, and politically sensitive environments
- Leadership style that is engaging, approachable, and collaborative
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to Council, Executive leadership, and diverse stakeholders
