Job Description
Stratix is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to provide on-site and remote support to clients across the Greater Berks region. The role involves supporting networks, servers, workstations, and client technology assets, focusing on effective communication and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for hands-on experience and client interaction.
Requirements
- At least three years’ experience solving computer problems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Network + / A+ certification or degree (desirable)
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
- College or IT trade school degree
- Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with network level assistance with LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and overall security.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience installing and configuring computers, office peripherals, and network hardware
- Troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional client interactions
- Ability to travel by car
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
